Job Summary:
The Transportation Department Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned Connected Living program and services. This position involves supervising subordinates, implementing program policies and procedures, and managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of transportation staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Implement and enforce program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills are required.
- A valid California Driver's License and qualification to be insured under company vehicle insurance are necessary.
- MAY be required to obtain a Class B license within 90 days from DOH depending on department assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
