Key Responsibilities- Install and repair roll-up doors, including identifying opportunities to offer customers quality products and services.
- Provide top-notch training from industry experts to ensure excellent installation and repair techniques.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a safety-conscious approach during work and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Experience in a construction-related field, such as carpentry, electrical work, or product installation and servicing.
- Welding and/or electrical experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to spot opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to safely lift objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Willingness to work at heights and use ladders.
- Valid driver's license.
