Dishroom Attendant

Job Summary:
As a Dishroom Attendant with Levy, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen facilities. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and equipment.
Operate dishwashing machine and manually wash dishes as needed.
Polish silverware using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Help load and unload supplies and product.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and supplies.
Basic math skills and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and management.
