Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at WVUHS Home Care, LLC. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, assessing, and treating patients with physical disabilities or injuries. Your primary goal will be to help patients achieve optimal physical function and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their physical limitations and develop a treatment plan to address these limitations.
  • Administer physical therapy treatments, such as exercises, modalities, and manual therapy, to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of West Virginia or equivalent state.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
