Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications via calls, emails, and texts promptly and efficiently. Assess customer needs and provide information regarding service availability.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to address customer inquiries, investigate issues, and offer solutions or alternatives.
  • Respond swiftly to inquiries received through the internet, phone, and live chat, utilizing emails, scripts, and templates.
  • Engage in team training sessions and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, sales teams, and management.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Work alongside brand managers to coordinate daily workloads within the service department regarding reservations.
  • Communicate with customers to ascertain their service requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact information within the CRM system.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide information on alternative transportation options.
  • Must be available for a flexible schedule, including Saturday rotations.
