Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team at Innovista Medical Center. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services to our diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Job SummaryAs a key member of our medical staff, you will collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to uphold our center's mission of providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and maintain detailed, problem-oriented health records.
- Precscribe medications and treatments in compliance with state regulations and professional guidelines.
- Ensure continuity of care through timely follow-ups and effective communication with patients and healthcare team members.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
