With construction completed in 2024, this facility spans 250,000 square feet and is adjacent to its parent company, Xcaliber International. This state-of-the-art processing facility employs advanced manufacturing and processing technologies to transform raw tobacco into the finished product used in cigarette production. Leaf Forge's parent company, Xcaliber International, has garnered a reputation as being one of the top employers in northeastern Oklahoma.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Production with material requirements for work centers per detailed work instructions.
  • Ensure the proper materials are pulled from the designated stock location, as per scheduled work orders and pick ticket requirements.
  • Inspect packaging of raw material to ensure a high quality is maintained within established quality guidelines.
  • Communicate with other employees and supervision to ensure proper materials are being allocated to the appropriate work centers.
  • Support and maintain an adequate level of raw materials to ensure continuous and efficient production.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, learn new processes, and retain knowledge regarding various duties and department guidelines.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and effective follow-through.
  • Flexibility to perform in a fast paced and innovative environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
  • Forklift experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Walking, climbing, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Must be visually capable to distinguish differences in color and wording on product and to detect non-tobacco related materials.
