Key Responsibilities- Provide psychosocial evaluations and develop treatment plans to address patients' needs
- Offer crisis intervention, individual and family counseling, and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to discuss psychosocial implications of illness and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with community health, welfare, and social agencies
- Participate in program planning and development in assigned services/programs
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Two (2) plus years of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
