Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Diesel Mechanic to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on our fleet of light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty trucks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, as well as experience working with CAT equipment, generators, aerials, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on diesel engines and related systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Work with CAT equipment, generators, aerials, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
- Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
- Experience working with CAT equipment and other heavy-duty vehicles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
