Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians - Basic (EMT-B) to join our team in Westchester County. This role offers Per-Diem Opportunities with competitive compensation starting at $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments to determine necessary medical care and provide emergency services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, conditions, and treatments while ensuring confidentiality and upholding patient rights.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-equipped environment for patient care.
  • Utilize effective communication and medical equipment skills, alongside cleaning and office procedures.
  • Operate an ambulance in compliance with company safety policies and traffic regulations.
  • Collaborate professionally with healthcare colleagues and public safety personnel, as well as fellow EMTs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • State EMT certification is mandatory.
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Driving record must comply with company policy.
  • Successful completion of Physical Ability Test (PAT).
  • Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.
