Job Summary:

As an Emergency Medical Technician at AMR, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical care to patients in emergency and non-emergency situations. You will be responsible for assessing patients, determining necessary care, and delivering emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient assessments and determine necessary care
• Deliver emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment
• Document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients
• Operate an ambulance in conjunction with applicable company safety policies and traffic laws

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• State Driver's License
• State EMT certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Driving record in compliance with company policy
• Pass Physical Ability Test (PAT)
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare, is preferred
