Job Summary

The Quality Control Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality standards of Dion's products are met. This position involves inspecting and counting labels, verifying that they meet customer specifications and Dion's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect finished product for quality and accuracy
  • Conduct visual inspections, using strobe or camera-assisted methods as needed
  • Prepare product for finished format, including rolling, stacking, and marking
  • Manage print and apply roll and core labels
  • Save samples and complete order-specific paperwork
Additional Functions

The Quality Control Inspector will also be expected to assist with tasks in the Inspection and Production departments, including bagging finished product, catching and packaging sheeted labels, and assembling label packets.

Requirements
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math calculations
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a production environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
