About the Role

Skadden's Labor team in Palo Alto is seeking outstanding lateral candidates with expertise across labor and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, with experience in advising clients on various matters, including:

  • U.S. and international transactions
  • Hiring and terminating executive and management-level employees
  • Broad-based reductions in force
  • Offer letters, wage theft notices, and employment agreements
  • Noncompetition and restrictive covenants
  • Internal investigations and employee handbooks
  • Labor unions and collective bargaining agreements

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Advising clients on labor and employment law matters
