Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist to join our team. As a Chart Retrieval Specialist, you will be responsible for retrieving medical records from local healthcare facilities and uploading them to our secure servers.

Responsibilities

* Retrieve medical records from local healthcare facilities using Datavant equipment and processes
* Scan and upload medical records to our secure servers
* Maintain frequent communication with regional support team
* Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED
* Basic computer skills, including scanning documents, saving files, and uploading to secure servers
* Proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and quality work
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
