We invite you to apply to join our leadership team at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago as a Director of Housekeeping. This role is an essential part of our Rooms Division's leadership team, dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.



We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize. The successful candidate will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems, and willing to take leadership roles in various areas of People, Product, and Profit leadership.



Primary Responsibilities:




  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees and managers on the Housekeeping Team to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; short & long-range strategic planning for respective outlet operation.
  • The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good employee and guests relations, and handle complaints, concerns, or special requests for guests, clients, and employees.
  • Ensure excellent levels of cleanliness consistent with Four Seasons standards.
  • Effectively utilize Four Seasons' systems and platforms to create efficiency and maintain records effectively in a timely manner.
  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while ensuring standards are not compromised.


Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year



Job Type: Full-time



Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Housekeeping or a related field



Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field



Language: Fluent in English, both verbal and written
