CommQuest Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our Assessment Team in Canton, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive assessment services to establish behavioral health diagnoses and determine the appropriate type and level of care.

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish behavioral health diagnoses and determine the appropriate level of care.
• Coordinate care with internal and external systems and service providers.
• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based counseling services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document all interactions and assessments in a timely and accurate manner.

• Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required.
• Previous experience with the criminal justice system and ASAM criteria highly desired.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and/or NextGen a plus.
