Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of associates, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Develop and implement budgets for the Warehouse Department, ensuring optimal cash flow and service level
• Oversee the organization of warehouse inventory, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity
• Manage operations budget development and reporting, including monitoring staff and forecasting
• Interact with customers and vendors, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Establish procedures to maximize departmental efficiency and productivity
• Solve operational problems and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in foodservice operations or a related field, with supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
