  • Goal Setting: Post daily goals and use the SWS form to track progress.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that all dishes and back-of-house areas are clean and meet the required standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment with profit & loss accountability, schedule writing, and team member development.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to coach and guide team members.
  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Accountability: Hold team members accountable and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Safety and Quality Standards: Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the food industry.
  • Food Safety: Ability to complete food safety checklists and verify adherence to standards.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to execute shift changes and zone assessments.
  • Deployment and Scheduling: Ability to review deployment charts and plan team member breaks effectively.
Physical Demands
  • Temperature: Withstand temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit or less and 100 degrees Fahrenheit or more.
  • Mobility: Move throughout the restaurant for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours per day).
  • Lifting: Move 50 lbs. for distances of up to 10 feet.
  • Balance and Movement: Balance and move up to 25 lbs. for distances of up to 50 feet.
  • Communication: Understand and respond to team members' and guests' requests in a loud environment.
  • Sensory Abilities: Stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.
  • Vision: Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Compensation and Benefits

Minimum wage varies based on job location and is determined by each locale.

  • Colorado – $18.29 – $21.04

401K Eligible after 1 year of service and 1,000 hours working. Must be 21 years of age to participate.
