We are seeking a dedicated Security Training Specialist to play a vital role in shaping the futures of our students aged 16-24. This position is essential in delivering high-quality instruction and training in the security sector, leading to promising career paths or further educational opportunities.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM

Key Responsibilities:
The Security Training Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Delivering industry-recognized training and instruction in the security field.
  • Providing students with the necessary skills to obtain recognized credentials in the Security Trade.
  • Offering individualized case management to monitor student progress and ensure successful completion of the program.
  • Facilitating quality technical training that leads to job placement.
  • Maintaining an organized and conducive learning environment, ensuring adherence to the Center's standards of conduct.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in teaching or a related field.
  • Certification, licensure, or accreditation in New York State or from a recognized professional trade organization.
  • A valid Driver's License and compliance with company insurability standards.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds and engaging in various physical activities.
