About the Role

Coker Service Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our customers' commercial kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to client locations to install new equipment, respond to service requests, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Work with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of work completed, including completing work documents via tablet for customer approval.
  • Order and manage parts and supplies as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance to ensure company vehicles are in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clear driving history.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Previous experience in HVAC, electrical, or automotive repair.
  • Computer and tablet skills.
