As a Neurological Care Coordinator at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care and coordinating all functions within the unit. In partnership with the management team, you will monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to support an unparalleled patient experience. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and services.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and admission/discharge processes.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure.
  • Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification required within 90 days of employment start date.
