Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers with coordinating document control, updating project management tools, and processing requests for information and submittals.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including maintaining contract documents, updating bid documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Travel and Meetings: Travel to project sites and attend meetings with project team members to ensure project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of construction experience or a construction graduate.
- Skills: Basic MEP knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and valid driver's license.
- Preferred Qualifications: LEED AP and OSHA 10 Hour certification.
The Field Operations Specialist will work in an indoor and outdoor setting with exposure to various weather conditions and temperatures. The role requires sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting and travel to project sites.
