Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients, real estate agents, processors, and underwriters to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Ensure the precise and timely preparation of all necessary documentation from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other industry professionals.
  • Oversee a substantial pipeline of loans to meet production goals.
  • Build and sustain relationships with realtors, banking professionals, builders, and the broader community to retain existing business and attract new clients.
  • Provide comprehensive insights into various loan programs and associated closing costs to assist potential buyers in making informed decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Maintain active registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry.
  • Adhere to lending regulations and comply with bank underwriting standards and policies.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and outstanding decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with loan origination software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, along with proficiency in Office Suite, is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in banking, business, real estate, or a related field is required.
