Position Overview: In the role of Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily functions of the personal lines team, ensuring superior customer service, efficient processing of insurance policies, and adherence to industry regulations. You will supervise and mentor a team of personal lines agents, promoting a collaborative and high-achieving work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Direct the daily operations of the personal lines team, ensuring effective workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Provide training, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Customer Interaction: Oversee customer service engagements, addressing complex issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Policy Oversight: Guarantee the accurate and timely processing of insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies, implementing necessary updates and changes.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in personal lines insurance is required.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Licensing: An active personal lines insurance license is mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Customer-Centric: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve issues.
