As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in managing the daily operations of a convenience store, guided by our experienced leaders. You will collaborate with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, working various shifts to understand our business, our team, our suppliers, and our customers. This role is essential in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring a remarkable shopping experience for our guests.
Training Overview:
During your training weeks, you will work closely with Training Managers, learning effective management strategies for a convenience store. In between training weeks, you will apply your leadership skills by working alongside team members in various roles. After completing your training, you will join our leadership team, ready to step in during absences until you are assigned your own store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they receive outstanding customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager in building a strong team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
- Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and rotated.
- Oversee quality control and safety standards in food service areas.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment, including the coffee station and restrooms.
- Efficiently operate the cash register.
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing food service operations and compliance with guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience Requirements:
1 year of experience in retail or food service is required; leadership experience is preferred.

- Basic computer skills.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
Additional Information: Specific attire may be required in food service areas.
