Nursery Crew Leader

Environmental Management Inc is seeking a skilled Nursery Foreman to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our nursery crew and ensuring the efficient operation of our nursery facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Load and unload trucks with precision and care.
- Conduct plant and tree inventory with attention to detail.
- Operate skid steer and payloader equipment with confidence and skill.
- Assist with daily yard operations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Lift up to 50lbs with ease and perform tasks that require physical stamina.
- Participate in winter employment and assist with snow removal as needed.
- Perform basic irrigation repair and maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrate basic plant knowledge and identification skills.
- Prior experience operating skid steer and payloader equipment is preferred.
- Be available for full-time employment with opportunities for overtime.
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a nursery or with plants and trees.
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
