We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Lot Porter to join our team at Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Post Falls. As an Automotive Lot Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring our new and used vehicle inventory is presented in the best possible condition for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Delivery and Presentation: Safely deliver new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
  • Lot Organization and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized lot, including arranging and parking vehicles in designated areas.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure dealership license plate frames are affixed to vehicles, and new vehicles are displaying factory and addendum stickers, labels, and other required documentation.
  • Key Management: Oversee and maintain keys for all vehicles on the lot.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and meetings to continually develop your customer service skills and stay up-to-date on dealership processes.
Requirements:
  • Self-Motivation and Goal-Setting: Be self-motivated and able to set achievable goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Team Player: Be a team player focused on providing ethical and exemplary customer service.
  • Computer Skills: Be skilled in computers, basic software, and internet.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Criminal Background Check and Drug Test: Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
