We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Sleep Expert to join our team. As a Sleep Expert, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience for our customers, providing technical and product knowledge, and driving individual sales performance.

• Create a customer-centric environment by cultivating strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers, serving as a subject matter expert and driving sales performance.
• Execute current visual merchandising and POP standards, adhering to company merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain customer relationships during and post-purchase, resolving issues and delivering reminders.
• Seek and accept constructive feedback for continuous personal, professional, and performance development.
• Develop skills, competencies, and product knowledge through assigned coursework, training, and company-led activities.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Ensure timely open and closing procedures, following all company procedures on cash handling.
• Adhere to all sales processing policies to ensure proper creation and execution of customer invoicing.
• Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts, following all company policies and executing company standards on appearance and functionality.
