Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our lean culture by participating in daily meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow quality control assembly checklists to ensure accurate and efficient assembly processes.
  • Properly place components with the correct sealant and torque, adhering to industry standards.
  • Operate forklifts and hoists/lift tables, following proper training and safety protocols.
  • Comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our team.
Requirements
  • Understanding of electrical fundamentals and ability to read and interpret schematics, circuits, and components.
  • Mechanical experience in assembly or repair, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, ensuring accurate assembly and installation.
  • Proficiency with standard shop tools, including hand and electric tools, such as drills, jigsaws, and taps.
  • Moderate skill and ability to perform technical troubleshooting and diagnostics of mechanical and electrical components and control mechanisms.
  • Moderate computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office products.
  • One year certificate from college or technical school, or two to five years of related experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees, engineering staff, and supervisors.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Valid driver's license, verified by our insurance carrier before driving company vehicles.
