We are currently in search of a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to oversee our operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee IT Security Operations and manage technical teams effectively.
  • Monitor and report on team activities, managing scheduling and task assignments.
  • Assist in resolving technical and project-focused initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity and Security Operations.
  • IASAE Level III certification (CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification).
  • Proven experience in deploying secure systems within government or military contexts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of system security principles, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading a Security Operations Center (SOC) team.
  • Capability to develop and implement a SOC program aligned with strategic initiatives and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with security tools such as CyberArk, Cylance, EnCase, HCL Appscan, McAfee Endpoint Protection, Splunk Enterprise, ServiceNow & Trellix Platform.
