Position Summary: The State of Tennessee is seeking a dedicated professional to provide vocational rehabilitation consulting services. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Engagement: Actively market vocational rehabilitation services to businesses by identifying their specific needs and proposing suitable solutions.
  2. Needs Assessment: Analyze employer requirements related to recruitment, hiring, and disability management to create potential job opportunities for clients.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain partnerships with businesses, addressing their concerns related to disability in the workplace while supporting clients in their employment journey.
  4. Collaboration: Work alongside community partners to facilitate client placements and streamline services.
  5. Training and Support: Provide training to employers on enhancing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and assist in developing job readiness programs for clients.
  6. Monitoring Progress: Track client progress during the job search process and provide follow-up services to ensure successful employment retention.
  7. Data Analysis: Evaluate labor market information to set realistic job goals for clients.
  8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided and client interactions to ensure compliance and effective service delivery.

Qualifications:
