This position entails supporting the product team, overseeing product backlogs, managing inter-team dependencies, and ensuring data quality standards are met.

The successful applicant will possess a robust understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, and demonstrate the ability to lead through collaboration and servant leadership principles.


Key Responsibilities:

Agile Transition & Support:
  • Assist the Technology Transformation division in adopting Agile methodologies.
  • Provide ongoing support to the product team by developing and managing user stories and product backlogs.
  • Act as a servant leader, offering guidance and support while exemplifying best practices.

Data Management:

Oversee the execution of data quality checks and validation processes to guarantee data accuracy and consistency. Utilize analytical tools such as Tableau to create and maintain reporting solutions that deliver valuable business insights through data analysis.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with external partners and organizations to synchronize inter-team dependencies and achieve project goals.
  • Engage with other Agile Leads to improve the effectiveness of Agile practices across the organization.

Team Coaching & Development:
  • Mentor newly onboarded team members on Agile principles and provide comprehensive guidance on methodologies.
  • Continuously share Agile and Scrum techniques with the team to enhance overall performance.
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Agile-related gatherings.

Issue Resolution & Process Improvement:
  • Assist development teams in deconstructing complex user stories into actionable tasks.
  • Identify and collaborate with various teams to eliminate obstacles that may impede the team's progress.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience in managing product backlogs and crafting user stories.
  • Familiarity with data quality assurance, validation processes, and reporting tools like Tableau.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, emphasizing servant leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members in Agile practices.
