Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Supervisor to join our team at Allied Universal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our security professionals and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security professionals in the field, ensuring that all sites are properly covered and that clients receive exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and evaluate the performance of security professionals, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, working closely with operations managers and other stakeholders to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement training programs for security professionals, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to operations managers and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the security industry.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and coordinating the activities of security professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
