About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our client's team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the financial operations of a 60+ million dollar construction/manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Work closely with project managers and senior management to provide accurate financial information and support decision-making processes.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures to monitor project costs, revenue, and overall financial performance.
  • Own the payroll processing and manage the AP and AR team.
  • Monitor and analyze project financial data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for cost-saving measures.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and financial statements for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial and accounting systems for the project.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction/manufacturing accounting, including experience with POC, WIP, etc.
