CNC Field Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced CNC Field Service Technician to join our team at Methods Machine Tools in the Greater Chicago area. This role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities- Owning entire service calls from initial phone call to completion of repair
- Performing and promoting Preventive Maintenance services on CNC machining centers, lathes, and wire EDM machines
- Installing and servicing CNC machining centers, lathes, and wire EDM machines
- Submitting expense reports weekly
- Maintaining clear communication with customers and management
- Previous experience in CNC field service is an asset
- Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- A desire to continually increase knowledge and skills
- Day-trip travel is required, with occasional overnight stays as necessary
