Job Title: Senior Project Manager

BrainSell is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects in the tech industry. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical knowledge and experience in delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and develop supporting documentation.
  • Develop implementation schedules and lead project kick-off meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
  • Communicate project timelines and expectations to stakeholders and project team members.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, and forecasts to maintain accurate project status and forecasts.
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the tech industry with advanced technical knowledge.
  • Direct experience in delivering projects using Agile/Scrum and other methodologies.
  • Strong soft skills with the ability to partner effectively with various cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of line-of-business applications and platforms such as CRM/CX, Marketing Automation, Integrations, cloud software, and Customer Service software.
