Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Southwest team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, operating, and implementing supportive housing projects in the Southwest region.

About the Role

The Senior Program Manager will work closely with local and state government agencies, as well as other partners, to strengthen services in housing and healthcare. This role requires a strong understanding of housing development, policy, and finance, as well as experience working with diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supportive housing projects in the Southwest region
  • Work with local and state government agencies to strengthen services in housing and healthcare
  • Provide technical assistance to nonprofit, for-profit, and public organizations on housing development and finance
  • Manage projects to ensure on-time and on-budget deliverables
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders
  • Create and deliver technical assistance, trainings, and facilitation to support community development
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in housing development, policy, or finance
  • Strong understanding of housing development, policy, and finance
  • Experience working with diverse communities
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
