About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Financial Professional. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customized financial strategies to meet client needs
  • Utilize a comprehensive range of financial products and services to provide solutions to clients
  • Transition into a management role as an Associate Partner, leading and developing a team of financial professionals
  • Recruit and coach new financial professionals to achieve business goals
Requirements
  • Strong sales and leadership experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Cultural markets knowledge and language fluency (Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages) are a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
