The University of Kentucky College of Medicine is seeking a fellowship-trained board eligible/board certified Trauma surgeon for an academic career. The Division of General Surgery, Section of Trauma Surgery, at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine is committed to excellence in clinical care, teaching, and scholarly activity.
The ideal candidate must have successfully completed an accredited general surgery residency program and a Trauma/Critical Care surgical fellowship. The trauma surgery program services the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center and the Veteran's Affairs Medical Center.
The candidate must be committed to teaching, scholarly activity, and excellence in clinical care. Academic rank is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualification.
