Job Overview

As an NPI Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading process development execution, from small-scale prototype production through to high-volume commercial readiness. With your extensive knowledge of assembly tooling and technologies, you will drive process development execution and establish and scale assembly processes to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and scale assembly processes to ensure successful product launches.
  • Leverage experience in assembly tooling and technologies to support prototype production through high-volume manufacture.
  • Lead process development execution, from small-scale prototype production through to high-volume commercial readiness.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Blister/Reagent Integration Technology experience required.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive base salary of $132,300 per year, commensurate with experience, plus total compensation includes incentive(s), benefits, and other perks. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
