Job Overview:

As a Culinary Service Associate, you will engage with guests in various settings, including restaurants, mobile food stations, and special events. Our team members are committed to delivering exceptional food experiences in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and ensure a high standard of service.
  • Process payments for food and beverage items accurately.
  • Take and fulfill food and beverage orders, including cooking and preparing menu items.
  • Utilize beverage dispensers to serve drinks and create frozen treats.
  • Maintain cleanliness by performing general cleaning tasks, including sweeping and trash disposal.
  • Monitor stock levels in serving and kitchen areas, notifying supervisors of shortages.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues.
  • Provide guest service in line with Cedar Fair standards, engaging with guests and assisting them as needed.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment, complying with all safety guidelines.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory drug screening, in accordance with company policy.
  • Eligibility for a background check for candidates 18 years and older, covering various aspects of personal history.
