We're searching for a candidate who can:

  • Assist guests with food and beverage orders.
  • Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service stations.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences by anticipating guests' needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences and up-sell when applicable.
  • Assist other associates as needed to meet guests' needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
  • Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
