Job Summary

The Club Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees at The Ritz-Carlton Club Vail. This role involves patrolling the property, monitoring CCTV cameras, and responding to emergencies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any security incidents
  • Assist guests with room access and provide information on property amenities
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify potential safety risks
  • Respond to accidents and emergencies, and provide first aid and CPR as needed
  • Notify management and other relevant personnel in the event of an incident
  • Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all security-related information
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
