Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and acknowledge every guest warmly, making eye contact and using a friendly verbal greeting, incorporating the guest's name whenever possible.
  • Check in and orient guests upon arrival in accordance with property standards.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the property, including its offerings, amenities, and available experiences.
  • Utilize the property's communication systems effectively, answering calls with a positive attitude, listening attentively to requests, and accurately documenting messages as needed.
  • Understand your role within the property’s reservation framework.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and resolving challenging situations.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service abilities, interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, and effective time management.
