Facility Operations Manager

Kiliuda Consulting, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the management of its facilities in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement building security procedures
- Establish and maintain visitor access policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of a two-year degree from an accredited college or university
- At least four years of experience in building maintenance and facility support
