Job Overview

F1 Arcade is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our Washington, DC venue. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning and safety of facilities equipment.
  • Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials, replenishing as needed to support operational needs.
  • Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces to facilitate company meetings and events.
  • Conduct safety checks regularly and report any hazards or issues promptly to ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Support facility security measures and access control protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees, addressing concerns efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, supplies, and materials efficiently.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and external vendors.
  • Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities to uphold high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
