Responsibilities:

  • Ensure patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Empty garbage cans and replace liners
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to company and center policies
  • Work safely, following proper procedures when using chemical agents
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and understand Standard English
  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Physical ability to be on feet for 7-8 hours a day, stoop, kneel, bend, and climb
  • Ability to lift 20-25 pounds frequently and 50-75 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to see, hear, and communicate adequately to complete job duties
  • Ability to work with standard cleaning chemicals
