About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Leevers Supermarkets. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for directing the daily activities of store team members, ensuring the smooth operation of the store, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Open and close the store according to established procedures, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
  • Team Management: Direct and monitor the day-to-day activities of full-time and part-time store team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, resolving complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Conduct front-end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, and verification of cash tills.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Complete electronic store reports, conduct bag and video checks, and report results to the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous training or supervisory experience a plus.
  • Skills: Comprehensive product knowledge, basic math skills, and proficiency in English.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, flexibility, and excellent customer service skills.
