Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable Litigation Counsel to enhance our vibrant team, with potential for partnership. This role entails supporting senior partners while independently managing a diverse caseload across multiple legal domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior partners and take charge of cases in various fields, including estate planning, corporate law, commercial disputes, landlord-tenant issues, personal injury, criminal defense, and family law.
  • Engage in consultations with potential clients.
  • Provide legal counsel and advice on a wide range of matters.
  • Perform comprehensive legal research and draft essential legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and legal memoranda.
