Host/Hostess

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, making them feel at ease and valued.
• Manage the waiting list, ensuring guests are seated in a timely manner and informed of any delays.
• Monitor the dining room, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and addressing any guest concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with the server team to ensure seamless service, and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Stay up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and events to provide informed recommendations and enhance the guest experience.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, bend, kneel, stoop, and sweep frequently.
